Vega College uses the CPOMS system (https://www.cpoms.co.uk/) to record incidents involving students (such as behaviour incidents, first aid, SEND). The college system is a standalone version of CPOMS and as the data controller we retain data in line with the retention schedules set out in our Data Management policy.

Information held on CPOMS is transferred to the Doncaster link schools via secure electronic transfer in order for data to be stored on the student’s resident school. Any other data held by the college about students  is in line with the Service Level Agreement agreed with the link schools.
